Basketball Whiteboard
What are some ideas for a class How-To speech? Even the most repetitive, boring or outrageous ideas will help!?

I have to do a school speech on How to make, do. or learn/teach something. I can do pretty much ANYTHING, with one condition: must have a visual aid. I can use the actual object (ex. basketball), other people, a whiteboard, drawing board, graphs, maps, or overhead slides/pictures. Countertop space, the gym, the stage, a fridge, a freezer, a sink, and a podium are provided. Speech must be between 3 and 5 minutes long.

So, for example, I can't build a racecar (wouldn't fit in school, too long, just plain not acceptable) or burn a CD (I don't have a laptop, and I would need a transportable computer so my audience could see). I COULD, say, make a mango smoothie, but my stepmother won't let me take the blender to class, though there is a fridge, sink, and supervision of all equipment throughout the day.

So, any suggestions?
I like the paper dolls an pet rock one. Someone emailed me a painting thing, tohugh, so I belive I'll use it. Thanks very much for all of the suggestions!
